International Delivery

All artworks are shipped from the artist’s studio in Japan via trusted international carriers, including DHL and Japan Post.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Complimentary shipping is available within Japan and to most international destinations.

Shipments to the United States are calculated at checkout. For U.S. personalised shipping quote and delivery enquiries, please contact studio@augusteluart.com.

Delivery Format

Each artwork may be delivered in one of the following ways:

Rolled (unstretched)
Carefully removed from its stretcher bars and shipped in a protective art tube. Ideal for large-scale works and international collectors, this option significantly reduces shipping costs while allowing the artwork to be professionally restretched by a local framer upon arrival.

Stretched (ready to hang)
Shipped flat in a reinforced art box, ready for immediate display.

Works featuring pronounced surface texture or layered pigment are shipped stretched to preserve the integrity of the surface.

All pieces are carefully packed with professional-grade materials to ensure safe travel from the studio to your home.

Customs & Duties

International customs and import duties may apply in accordance with your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the collector.
