All artworks are shipped from the artist’s studio in Japan via trusted international carriers, including DHL and Japan Post.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Complimentary shipping is available for canvas artworks within Japan and to most international destinations.

Shipping for Shikishi artworks is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Format for Canvas Artworks

Canvas artworks are shipped according to their size, format, and surface characteristics.

Rolled (unstretched)

Large-scale canvas works may be carefully removed from their stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a protective art tube. This option can significantly reduce international shipping costs while allowing the artwork to be professionally restretched by a local framer upon arrival.

Stretched (ready to hang)

Works may also be shipped stretched and ready for immediate display in a reinforced art box.

Works featuring pronounced surface texture or layered pigment are shipped stretched where necessary to preserve the integrity of the surface.

If you would prefer a large canvas artwork to be shipped stretched and ready to hang, please contact the artist before purchase to discuss whether this option is available for the selected artwork and destination.

All artworks are carefully packed using professional-grade materials appropriate to the work, ensuring safe travel from the studio to your home.

Customs & Duties

International customs and import duties may apply in accordance with your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the collector.
